Pistil Designs was created in 2003 by a close-knit group of friends deeply involved in the outdoor industry. Their goal was to elevate accessories into a more serious category, infusing sophistication and thoughtful design into an often-overlooked aspect. Today, Pistil is still run by the original founders, they continue to produce top-quality hats, caps, visors, beanies, headbands, scarves, handwear, and bags for active and fun-filled lifestyles. Each product embodies a lighthearted style with a strong focus on functionality – that’s what makes a Pistil product stand out.
Pistil’s headquarters are based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, a region known for its relaxed atmosphere and abundance of creative inspiration. Their permanent home is in Hood River, OR, allowing them to bask in the rugged beauty of Oregon’s mountains and rivers while still being close to the lively energy of Portland. This fusion of untamed nature and dynamic artistry is at the core of their brand.
